That way they can make their backstory on the way. WebThe first thing that would come to mind is a hag coven. Three or more hags of one type or another (probably night hags for this?) come together to accomplish some spell or other working they could not pull off alone. That could be very fun if you build around that, potentially someone else put them up to it.
