WebFitbit received my perfectly functional Ionic on March 23rd. I purchased a Charge 5 using their discount code, and have been waiting for my $299 refund ever since. I feel like they stole my Ionic and have no intention of reimbursing me. Their rollout of the refunds has been handled so poorly that I have lost faith in Fitbit.
